We Rise by Lifting Others

One of the reason of the failure of our society  is the unhealthy competition of one women with another. We always blame men that they are the biggest stone in the way of women. But we are unaware that here women is bringing down other women .  

From years I noticed that women constantly feel jealousy from another women.  I see women criticizing other women and make their life hell by judging and pointing out each other faults. I realized that that because of having a unhealthy competition a women bring out each other and don't lift each other up. If someone post a picture of her art then some women say *it's not too good* If someone announce her start of a new business and tell you to support then believe me here women won't even support and appreciate her because of a sheer jealousy.  Sadly, *our women don't want to lift up other women*

Even I experienced the same thing when I announced about my blog to other people I personally told them to support me but most of them don't give a damn response to me.

Although being a women we suffer the same hurdles so  we can easily understand each other emotions and pain but still we are unable to support each other and heal each other. If women is not ready to support and heal another women then who will??

It's a high time to highlight this issue and make a change. For the betterment of society, for our future generation we must work together, help and empower each other.

Start it with just a compliment and appreciation. A just one word of appreciation make someone's day and one word of sympathy and love can heal someone. Try to celebrate each other's success instead of being jealoused.  We must encouraged each other. You don't have idea that your small act of appreciation can help someone to achieve her goals.  

Let's take a step, let's celebrate success of others instead of mourning. Because together we can make a change.
