Why are you constantly feeling dissatisfaction from your Life?


 Do you ever feel curious to know that why you are constantly feelings dissatisfaction from your life and work. And why are you inconsistent with your work and whatever you do ,you will end up feeling disappointed?

*The major reason of dissatisfaction is the comparison of your life with other people

We spent lot of time in comparing our life with others. This comparison leads you towards pessimism. You start think negative about yourself, your profession. You start complaining to God and your loved ones. You will start feeling unworthy and Ultimately these negative vibes will interrupt your life, attention from work and as a result your performance become poor. Your loved ones start distancing yourself from you because of your pessimistic nature.

Another reason for dissatisfaction is that we spent a lot of time in imagining various alternatives. And we are constantly reminding ourselves that maybe I can do other work better etc. These imaginations and self talk will distant you from reality and then it will interfere your work and goals.

Not doing what you love is the another cause of dissatisfaction. When you are not doing what you love means you are doing any job and studying the subject in which you are not interested will leads you towards inconsistency and dissatisfaction and hatred from your work. Because you will spent all of your time in thinking those things which you love. When you are not interested in what you are doing,you can never concentrate on your work.

Now the question is how to deal with this unpleasant feeling of dissatisfaction?

To avoid this constant feelings of dissatisfaction we must stop comparing our life with someone else. And the only way to avoid comparison is to think positive. When you start thinking positive, you will start to attract peace and harmony in your life. And these positive vibes will help you to concentrate on your work.

Another way to stop dissatisfaction is to engage in those work or study in which you have interest.

  4. Comparing in a positive way is healthy. Otherwise when we compare ourselves with other and when we feel negative emotion then it is not healthy at all.
