How bad experience can leads towards anxiety and negativity

 

Nobody ever wants to be anxious and negative but many times a person is unable to identify what causes him  anxiety and  how he become pessimistic. Although no any major traumatic event happened in one's life which leads him towards anxiety then what's the cause of anxiety and negativity? Many times the most common factor which leads towrads anxiety from which mostly people are not aware is their consecutive bad experiences. Bad experiences could be everything including toxic friendship, unhealthy relationship, employment, education, health. The thing is that we all gone through bad experiences but back to back bad experience results in many Psychological issues including anxiety and negativity. When a person faced the same betrayal after meeting with new new people, colleague then definitely this is so frustrating and that is the point where a person question God that 'why me always'?. 

This is actually the question from where negativity start dominating and ultimately sucks your all positivity. As it's a human nature that we focus more on negativity than positivity and after having continuous bad experience it's become hard to resist ourselves from being pessimistic. For example, if you ever faced some sort of skin infection but doctors are unable to diagnose it correctly after consulting with many skin specialist which is obviously very disturbing for that person. So whenever in future a person suffer from any health related issues his bad past experiences would never allow him to trust any physician. 

Similarly If a person always gets into trouble at work due to the conflicts with their colleagues then everytime a person will apply for a job he would be anxious and negative about the future because he may think that things never work in his favor and everytime he gets into conflicts with their colleagues so that maybe I am not enough and capable to do a job.

Here is how consecutive bad experiences plays a major role in anxiety, negativity and other psychological issues.

1. Lack of trust:

One of the reason that some people become so hesitate in trusting others due to their bad experiences. After dealing with lot of betrayal and dishonesty it's become so difficult for that person to trust again. This lack of trust often leads to isolation because a person is reluctant to trust others as a result they isolate themselves and avoid meeting with others like before.

2. Pessimism:

Do you ever wonder that some people always start their conversation with complaints? They usually have nothing except pessimistic thoughts that they things never work for them? Actually such people usually have lot of bad experiences in any terms due to which they become pessimistic about literally everything and they used to curse their fate because everytime they do something it never works for them. As a result, they become extremely negative and sometimes also lose hope.

3. Anxiety:

One of the most worst thing which happened as a result of bad experiences is anxiety. An anxious person is always worried about his future, every next move. A person become severe fearful and worried about his work and relationship because bitter past experiences never allow them to work and live peacefully. For example an anxious person will not be able to give a job interview because of the fear that he always gets rejected. It has been studied from different researchers that Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) often is outcome of the bad experiences.

Tips how can you work effectively, live peacefully and avoid negativity along with your bad experiences:

I know it's very difficult to let people understand the fact that you have been gone through a lot of bad experiences due to which negativity just gets inside of your soul. People are not ready to understand that how bad experiences can affect ones life and how a person become unable to trust others. People will always judge us about our skeptical nature.

But the thing which we need to understand that nothing is permanent including your bad experiences. Maybe God is preparing you for something big and extraordinary and that's why you are going through a continuous rough patch. Sometimes it's become hard to believe that things will be change but we have to never lose hope about future and have to practice positivity to deal with negativity and bad experiences. Only hope and positivity can save us from falling into the ocean of negativity and anxiety.
